As we prepare for the upcoming municipal elections, we invite our church family to join us in prayer for our city and the communities we serve.
Below are a few prayer points from a prayer guide to help direct our prayers during this election season. Please pray for:
God’s purposes for the city and community.
Wisdom and discernment for voters.
Candidates and those seeking public office.
Integrity, justice and righteous leadership.
Protection from deception, division, hostility and fear.
A peaceful and trustworthy electoral process.
The wellbeing of the whole community.
Those who are eventually elected, whether or not they were our preferred candidates.

Let us stand together in prayer, seeking God’s wisdom and guidance for our city and all those who serve our communities.
