LOCATION: Kentucky International Convention Centre in Louisville, Kentucky, USA
DATE: Jan 1-3, 2026 or Jan 5-7, 2026
REGISTRATION COST: USD$119 (~CAD$165)* (see below for additional expenses)
DEADLINE TO REGISTER: September 1, 2025 (we will register as a group here)
*NOTE: You will need to submit a $165 deposit to secure your spot and ensure your commitment. Reimbursements/subsidies are available (for New Hope Fellowship covenant members).
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
We won’t know the exact total cost until we begin booking in September, but here are additional expenses we have to budget for.
LODGING
Hotels shown on Cross Con website start at USD$120-160/room/night (~CAD$160-215) but keep in mind that this will be shared between 2-4 people. There is also an option to book an Airbnb together.
TRANSPORTATION
Bus: USD$100-110 (CAD$135-150) one-way
Airfare: CAD$700-1000 round trip (we will likely not be flying but wanted to provide alternative options)
We will be purchasing bus/flight tickets and hotel/Airbnb rooms together as a group.
FOOD/MEALS
On-site meal plans are available from USD$55 (CAD$75).
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
A valid Canadian passport is required (click here for alternate documents). Please ensure your passport will not be expiring before July 2026. If so, please renew them ASAP.
