“Grandchildren are the crown of the aged, and the glory of children is their fathers.” (Proverbs 17:6)
2. Bearing fruit through consistency between discipline and discipleship.

3. Calling us to apply God’s goodness through parenting
“The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference.” (Elie Wiesel, the late Holocaust survivor and Nobel Peace Prize laureate)
“The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is the slave of the lender. Whoever sows injustice will reap calamity, and the rod of his fury will fail. Whoever has a bountiful eye will be blessed, for he shares his bread with the poor.” (v.7-9)
