We will be holding a Baptism Ceremony on Sunday December 15th and we will also be holding infant baptism for any parents who would like to baptize their baby. If you would like to be baptized on this day, or if there are any parents who would like their baby to receive infant baptism, please sign up.

Christianity 101: Christianity 101 is a space where both believers and non-believers can come and explore the foundation of the Christian faith and ask any questions related to the faith. Class will start on Tuesday September 10, 2024, 7-8:30PM and the class will be weekly every Tuesday for 10 weeks. If you are looking to revisit the fundamental foundations of the Christian faith, curious about Christianity, or have questions about the faith you believe in, this class is for you! On August 30th, we will have a New Hope Downtown booth at the UofT St. George Campus Club Fair from 1pm to 4pm, giving NHF DT the chance to reach out to university students, informing them about who we are and what NHF looks like. This event will be run by the local missions team and with NHF student volunteers! We encourage members of our church to drop by and say hi to the students!

NHF Downtown is holding a prayer gathering to pray intentionally over specific topics. It will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary on Thursday, August 29. For those of you who are attending our retreat in September. We will be having a full immersion baptism ceremony on the Sunday (September 15th) of our retreat. This will be a full immersion baptism in the lake. If you would like to get baptized on this day, please sign up below.

Are you curious on how you can live out your Christian faith in your work? Join us on Wednesday, August 14th from 6:15pm-9:30pm for our “Faith in the Workplace” workshop where we dive into why work matters in God's kingdom, and how we can play a part in restoring the world through it. Alpha is a great opportunity to meet new people and journey together over two months to explore faith, life, and Christianity over refreshments and fellowship.
