Parking is available mainly in front of the main Lodge and surrounding accommodations. Please check-in with the team for updated parking status when you arrive.

MBC is a pet free resort. No pets are allowed in the public meeting rooms or in your private accommodations.

The Friday evening session will commence at 8:00pm in the Chapel.

Late Arrivals

In order to arrive at MBC on time, we recommend leaving at 4:00pm on Friday. However, we understand life can be unpredictable, so if you anticipate arriving after 8:00pm, please contact either Ope Balogun at (647) 410-6804 or Grace Park at (647) 409-3756.

We want to make your arrival as smooth as possible, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your schedule.

MBC Grounds and Accommodations

Most of the various buildings at the retreat centre are not connected, so please expect to walk outdoors to reach different buildings including the accommodations.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, including your accommodation rooms. As a caveat, we highly encourage you to use the upcoming retreat to unplug from your digital devices and, instead, engage in physical activity, in discussion, outdoor activities, hanging by the fire, or catching up on some well needed sleep.

Each family will have their own room and full bathroom. The type of room has been assigned in advance based on your family size and on a first come first served basis and cannot be altered at this point.

Please note there is no smoking in any indoor meeting spaces or private rooms.

All bedding and towels are included with your accommodations. Linens and towels will not be replaced during the two-day stay, however if you require additional or replacement towels, the request can be made at the front desk of the main office and will be sent to your room. Shampoo and soap is supplied, but you must bring your own toothpaste.  Please note that there is no maid service.

Beverages will be provided during mealtime, but if you like to drink throughout the day, we suggest you bring your own bottle. There is a bottle refill station located in the hallway connecting the HUB and chapel.

Lights out/Quiet hour is 11 PM. Please be mindful of your noise level when walking to and from the retreat grounds.
