Anniversary Service Food Prep Volunteers Needed

We're looking for volunteers to help with food preparation for our upcoming Anniversary Service. If you're able to lend a hand, we'd greatly appreciate your help in making this celebration a success. Whether you can help for a short time or longer, every contribution makes a difference. Please contact Elder-Elect Sally (Email) if you're available to serve. Thank you for your willingness to help!

  • Friday, July 10 - Receive delivery (Needed: 3); 9 AM - 4 PM

  • Saturday, July 11 - All-day prep and set up (Needed: 21); 9 AM - 8 PM

  • Sunday, July 12 - Prep, serve, crowd control, clean-up (Needed: ~25); from 7 AM
