New Hope Fellowship is hosting an open workshop for anyone new to Toronto or who wants to understand the leasing situation in Ontario. The session will be held on Wednesday, September 27, at 6:45pm, in the New Hope basement.
The workshop will address common topics and questions like:
Tenants and landlords' rights and obligations.
What to do after the end of a first-year lease.
Common roommate / leasing issues, such as disruptive roommates, or required apartment repairs.
