Ruck for Refuge
"Rucking is the action of walking distances while carrying a weighted backpack. We do it for fitness. Millions of refugees do it for survival."
On Sunday, September 20th, join us for a Ruck that could make all the difference in the world for someone who is on the move carrying their whole life on their shoulders. (Ruck for Refuge)
Ruck for Refuge is a fundraiser spearheaded by the International Association for Refugees (IAFR) Canada, which Pastor Sandra Berry who recently spoke is part of.
As part of our theme of OUTFLOW this summer, we invite you to put what we’re learning into action as a church family. Join us for this special fundraiser event supporting refugees in our community. Together, we can be a church that doesn’t simply receive God’s love, but allows His love to overflow into the lives of others.
